This is a small tweak to the ZuKYC example, where the sanctions list is not a free-floating variable but is a Set stored on a SignedPod.
Not a particularly important change, but it demonstrates how to refer to a compound type. Also I think it makes sense for the example that the sanctions list should be signed by someone!
